800G OSFP112 passive direct connection copper two-wire cable is designed for 800GBASE Ethernet. The QSFP112 is a module and cage/connector system based on the current OSFP, with the goal of supporting speeds of 112Gb/s per lane in 8x lane OSFP systems and enabling the QSFP 800G interconnect ecosystem. This will greatly help legacy OSFP users upgrade their link bandwidth to 800G per port at a lower cost and shorter transition time.
